Instructions for Filling-up the Wrestling / Kusti Competition Online Application Form
Important: Please read all instructions carefully before submitting the registration form.

2. Eligibility Criteria
- Participants must register under their correct Age & Weight Category.
- Age proof and valid ID proof are mandatory during verification.
- Weight will be verified during official weigh-in before the competition.
- Any participant found providing false information will be disqualified.
Weight & Weigh-in Rules
- Participants must report for weigh-in at the scheduled time.
- Weight category once finalized after official weigh-in cannot be changed.
- Failure to attend weigh-in will result in cancellation of participation.
- Participants must wear appropriate sports attire during weigh-in.
4. Documents Required
- Valid ID proof is mandatory (Aadhaar / Birth Certificate / Driving License / Passport)
- Participants must upload clear and valid documents.
- Organizers may request original documents at the venue for verification.
- Entry may be denied if documents are not produced upon request.
5. Medical & Responsibility Declaration
- Participants must be medically fit to compete.
- Participants compete at their own risk.
- The organizers shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or medical emergency arising during the event.
6. General Instructions
- Participants must carefully fill in all required details in the registration form.
- All information provided must be accurate and match the uploaded documents.
- Incomplete or incorrect applications may be rejected without prior notice.
- Registration will be confirmed only after document verification and payment confirmation (if applicable).
- The decision of the organizing committee shall be final in all matters.
- Participants must report at least 1 hour before match timing.
- Late reporting may lead to disqualification.
- Proper wrestling uniform (singlet) is mandatory.
- All matches will follow official wrestling rules.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the schedule if required.
