Motivation Behind Every Move
“शक्ती ही फक्त पदासाठी नसते, ती समाजाच्या संरक्षणासाठी असते.”
कै. सिद्धाराम विश्वनाथ साखरे यांनी आपले संपूर्ण आयुष्य समाजसेवेसाठी अर्पण केले. कुस्तीच्या आखाड्यात त्यांनी महाराष्ट्राचा अभिमान वाढवला, तर पुणे पोलीस दलात ३४ वर्षे सेवा देत त्यांनी समाजात कायद्याचा दरारा निर्माण केला.
त्यांनी केवळ गुन्हेगारीविरुद्ध लढा दिला नाही, तर अनेक युवकांना शिस्त, क्रीडा आणि सकारात्मक जीवनमूल्यांकडे प्रेरित केले. त्यांचे आयुष्य धैर्य, प्रामाणिकपणा आणि निःस्वार्थ समाजसेवेचे प्रेरणादायी उदाहरण आहे.
त्यांच्या याच विचारांमधून प्रेरणा घेऊन निरझरा केअर फाउंडेशनची स्थापना करण्यात आली, जे त्यांच्या समाजसेवेच्या वारशाला पुढे नेण्याचे कार्य करत आहे.
