Mrs. Swati Allimore is the founder and director of Nirzara Care Foundation, established with a dual aim to serve the community and explore her own personality. Inspired by her father, the late Siddharam V. Sakhare, a celebrated wrestler, Swati embarked on this journey to continue his legacy of strength and resilience.

The foundation was officially inaugurated on February 23, 2024, a date marking not only a new beginning for the NGO but also commemorating her father's contributions to the wrestling community. The opening event featured a wrestling competition, symbolizing the foundation's commitment to fostering community spirit and personal empowerment.

Under Swati's leadership, Nirzara Care Foundation has become a beacon of hope and support, dedicated to uplifting marginalized communities and nurturing individual growth. Her approach is deeply influenced by her father's values, blending his fighting spirit with her vision for social change.

Swati's dedication and heartfelt leadership inspire both her team and the communities they serve, driving the foundation towards impactful initiatives and sustainable development. In her free time, Swati enjoys connecting with nature, reading, and spending quality time with her family.

Vandana Yermalkar is the CEO of ERO Power LLP and also handles the Legal/regulatory compliance of the company. A true Power lady, who has charged her career path, working with leading Power generation and distribution giants like Cromptom Greaves, Torrent, ESSAR, JSW Energy for the past 16 years, she is the go-to advisor for power distribution and regulatory services. Her academics include a B-Tech degree, post graduate diploma in electricity regulation, advanced certification in power distribution management and EMBA in Finance.

Ms. Vandana Bangar Yermalkar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, a Master degree in Business Administration (EMBA-Finance) from S P Jain School of global management. She has over two decades of experience in the power sector and has been credited with transforming the power distribution sector and development . She is a persuasive professional with strong techno-commercial acumen and a proven proficiency for driving business initiatives and strategies.

Mr. Channavir Annarao Birajdar

Secretary, Water Resources Department (Govt. of Maharashtra)

A distinguished Civil Engineer and IIT Bombay alumnus, [Name] has had an illustrious career in public service, retiring at the apex rank of Secretary of the Water Resources Department, Government of Maharashtra.

After completing his Mechanical Engineering degree in 2010, he began his professional journey in the industry, gaining valuable experience from 2010 to April 2017. Driven by a vision to create opportunities beyond conventional employment, he ventured into entrepreneurship in 2017.

Today, he leads diversified business operations across Civil Infrastructure, Electrical Works, and CNG Gas Pipeline projects. Within just three years of establishing his enterprise, he achieved an impressive turnover of ₹15 crore, demonstrating his strategic planning, technical proficiency, and strong execution capabilities.

Beyond business success, Sagar Katte is deeply committed to social impact. His initiatives have generated hundreds of employment opportunities in Akkalkot Taluka, contributing significantly to rural economic growth and skill development. He actively participates in social and community-oriented activities, reflecting his belief that entrepreneurship should drive both economic progress and societal upliftment.
