Nirzara Care Foundation ("Nirzara") values the trust and support of its donors. We take utmost care to process donations as per the instructions given by our donors. However, we understand that errors may occur. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Nirzara will consider refunding donations.
• If an error is made in making a donation, Nirzara will honor a request for a refund made within 7 working days of the donation.
• To request a refund, please provide a written request within 7 days of making the donation to our official email: swati@nirzara.org or by contacting us at 9767448000.
• The request for a refund should include the following details:
• Proof of the deduction of the donation amount.
• In cases where the donation receipt has already been issued to the donor, the original receipt must be returned to Nirzara.
• Refunds will not be issued for donations where a tax exemption certificate has already been issued.
• Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment, i.e., if the donation was made by credit card, the refund will be processed to the same credit card.
• Refunds may take 7 to 10 working days to process, depending on the banking and payment services involved.
• Donations made through third-party platforms will be subject to the refund policy of the respective platform and not Nirzara.
• Donations made more than 7 working days prior to the request for a refund will not be eligible for a refund.
• Donations that are made as part of a fundraising event, peer-to-peer campaigns, or in response to an emergency appeal are not eligible for a refund.
• In case of any error on Nirzara’s part, we will refund the donation and bear the costs of the same.
